Rajib Dutta is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) and Accounts Payable (P2P) domains. Currently serving as a Team Manager at Capgemini in Kolkata, they lead the RTR Programs Accounting & Administration team and focus on enhancing process efficiency through automation. Rajib has previously held managerial roles at Genpact and Tata Consultancy Services, where they managed cross-functional teams and implemented significant automation and standardization initiatives. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, Rajib holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
