Riddhi Pande

Riddhi Pande is a seasoned professional in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Group EHS Consultant at Capgemini since August 2023, Riddhi previously managed EHS responsibilities at Seagate Technology HDD (India) Private Limited from December 2019 to August 2023, overseeing EHS systems for two offices with a total of approximately 650 employees. Prior roles include EHS Consultant at ERM (July 2015 - December 2019), EHS Executive at Thermo Fisher Scientific (June 2013 - June 2015), and EHS Executive and Internal Auditor at GENPACT (February 2013 - June 2013). Riddhi's career began as an Industrial Hygienist at Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Ltd and as an EHS Trainee at 3M India Ltd. Riddhi holds a Master's degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety from Sardar Patel University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
