Riya Sengupta

Riya Sengupta is an HR transformation leader with over 10 years of experience in enhancing people operations and driving HR strategies across global markets, particularly in the UK. Currently, Riya serves as an HR Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, leading initiatives to improve organizational performance. Previously, Riya held roles as a Talent Development Manager at Tata Consultancy Services and as a Human Resources Team Lead, where they implemented Workday and LMS systems, managed training programs, and supported employee engagement efforts. Riya holds an MBA in HR from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Management and Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University.
