Sarah Benge is currently the Head of HRIS at Rentokil Initial, overseeing the global Workday programme for over 37,000 employees in 64 countries. Having joined Rentokil Initial in 2014, Sarah has successfully led multiple Workday E2E deployments and developed expert knowledge in Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and integrations. Prior to this role, Sarah held positions at Coventry City Council, The Salvation Army, KPMG UK, and Siemens PLM Software, where they acquired extensive experience in HR systems management and project implementation. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Warwick in 2003.
