Sathish Dhanasegar

Sathish Dhanasegar currently serves as a Product Owner for Data and Insights at Capgemini since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sathish held several positions at Jumeirah from February 2011 to December 2024, including Director of Data and Analytics, where a unified data strategy was developed to create a centralized Lakehouse platform on Azure and Databricks. Key achievements include implementing an event-driven architecture, migrating from Qlik Sense to Power BI, promoting self-service analytics, and enforcing data governance standards. Earlier roles included Manager of Data & Analytics and Azure Data Architect, as well as a Data Warehouse Lead/Architect, with a foundation in software development at HTC Global Services. Sathish holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, along with a Diploma in Mechatronics from Government Polytechnic College.
