Yong Kim

Yong Kim is a Delivery Leader and Head of PMO for the Salesforce Practice at Capgemini, where they oversee delivery assurance across numerous client engagements, supporting project management teams in identifying and mitigating risks. With extensive experience in eCommerce and team management, Yong has held various leadership roles, including PMO Lead and Senior Enterprise Project Manager, contributing to significant annual revenue across multiple active engagements. Yong's career began in digital production at Sony and Ziff-Davis Press and has evolved through diverse positions in project management and consulting. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication Technology at Eastern Michigan and an Associate in Applied Science in Computer and Electronics Technology at Heald College.
