Mannat A. Pandoh

Mannat A. Pandoh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mannat A. is currently working as a Program Manager at CapGrid since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Writer at Urdu and English starting in January 2022. From November 2021 to May 2023, Mannat worked at Adobe as a PMO (Project Management Office). Before that, they worked as a Training and Operations Manager at Cloud Wizard Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from April 2021 to October 2021.

In 2019, Mannat joined Trident Group India where they held two roles. First, they served as a General Manager from January 2020 to May 2020. Later, they worked as an Operations Manager from July 2019 to January 2020. During their time at Trident Group India, they were responsible for managing the Procurement Center of Excellence and overseeing procurement of packaging materials from vendors in Punjab.

Prior to joining Trident Group India, Mannat had an internship experience as an Operations Intern at MothersonSumi INfotech & Designs Ltd. (MIND) from May 2018 to July 2018. Here, they worked on a logistics analysis project focusing on supply chain analytics, under the guidance of the Vice President of Analytics.

In 2018, Mannat also served as a Student Representative at the ERS Conference in Stockholm. Mannat A. presented a poster on the potential of electric road systems in India, highlighting the success of ERS in Indian expressways.

Before their professional career, Mannat gained software development experience as a Software Intern at SecurityEscape InfoSec LLP from January 2016 to September 2016. Mannat A. worked on various modules of company projects related to C/C++, including coding, designing, and creating technical documents.

Mannat A. Pandoh completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, Mannat obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science from Model Institute of Engineering and Technology, with a duration from 2011 to 2015. Furthermore, Mannat completed the 10+2 program in Sciences from presentation convent school, spanning from 2000 to 2011.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mannat has also obtained several certifications. Mannat obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from The Knowledge Academy in October 2022. They also obtained certifications in Project Management and Project Management-Foundation from Harvard Manage Mentor and LinkedIn respectively, both acquired in August 2022.
