Aaron Yip CPA, CGA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in property accounting and real estate financial management. Currently serving as Controller of Property Accounting at QuadReal Property Group since February 2024, previous roles include Divisional Controller and Accounting Manager at Warrington PCI Management, and Property Accountant II at Cadillac Fairview. Aaron has also held senior accounting positions at Retirement Concepts and Pacific Reach Properties, along with early career roles at Norsat International. Aaron holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada, a BTECH in Accounting, and a Diploma in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
