Donn S. Gilray

Donn S. Gilray, Jr. brings extensive experience in financial accounting and management, currently serving as Controller of Property Accounting at Invitation Homes since February 2025. Prior to this role, Donn held significant positions at RealManage, including Vice President of Accounting and Financial Director - Client Engagement, where responsibilities included client financial review and oversight of large-scale accounting operations. Donn also served as Vice President and Director of Accounting at GrandManors, leading financial reporting for high-end clients, and was the Director of Accounting at Lone Star Association Management, managing a team across various financial functions. Donn's earlier career includes positions in accounting and financial analysis at Associa PMG North Texas and FirstService Residential, as well as substantial technical and leadership experience gained during a 21-year tenure in the US Navy. Donn holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
