Brandon Bachner is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance sector, currently serving as Vice President of US Debt Investments at QuadReal Property Group since November 2023. Previous roles include Strategic Real Estate Advisor at HoneyBricks and Head of Real Estate Growth at Locale Hospitality. Brandon has extensive experience as Managing Director at Latch, where the focus was on educating institutional multifamily developers and investors about the Latch platform. At Mesa West Capital, Brandon held the position of Director - Originations, specializing in first mortgage and mezzanine debt for transitional and value-add properties across the West Coast. Brandon began the career as a Junior Associate at PGIM Real Estate, where over $1 billion in mortgage financing was originated, underwritten, and closed. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and participation in an International Summer Abroad Program at Suzhou University.
