Derek Richter

Derek Richter is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President for Debt Investments at QuadReal Property Group since November 2020. Prior to this role, Derek held positions at Guggenheim Partners as an Associate and a Commercial Real Estate Finance Analyst from July 2014 to May 2020. Additional experience includes a consulting role at Medalist Partners and various internships in commercial real estate and finance at organizations such as Credit Suisse and Guggenheim Partners. Derek began career development as a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant for Colgate University after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University in 2014. Leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Bronxville Youth Council from October 2007 to July 2010.
