Neil D'Souza

Neil D'Souza is an experienced professional in capital management and project management, currently serving as Director of Capital Management at QuadReal Property Group since February 2018, after previously holding the role of Manager of Capital Projects. Prior to joining QuadReal, Neil D'Souza worked at Bentall Kennedy, now known as BentallGreenOak, as Manager of Project Management and Technical Services from July 2016 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes positions at Infrastructure Ontario as Portfolio Real Estate Manager and Contracts Coordinator from October 2009 to July 2016, as well as a role in Building Automation at Apotex Inc. from October 2007 to October 2009. Academic qualifications include education from Conestoga College and the Schulich School of Business at York University.
