Nigel Griffin

Nigel Griffin, CFA, AACI, currently serves as Vice President of Investment Management and Director of Asset Management at QuadReal Property Group since July 2022. Previously, Nigel held the position of Vice President in Valuation Advisory at JLL from May 2021 to July 2022, and worked as an Appraiser at Janterra Real Estate Advisors from March 2018 to May 2021. Nigel also served as Director of Asset Management at Slate Asset Management from May 2017 to March 2018, and held various roles at Oxford Properties Group, including Senior Manager of National Industrial and Manager of Asset Strategy & Analysis from February 2011 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Appraiser at Mackenzie, Ray, Heron & Edwardh from 2004 to February 2011. Nigel Griffin earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate/Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia.
