Ryan Parker

Ryan Parker has extensive experience in building operations and management, primarily within various property groups in Canada since 2000. Currently serving as Operations Manager at QuadReal Property Group since February 2017, Ryan oversees the operations of Livingston Place and Westmount Corporate Campus. Prior roles include Chief Engineer at both QuadReal Property Group and Bentall Kennedy, where responsibilities included supervising operations teams, managing preventive maintenance, and training staff on automation systems. Ryan's career also features positions at H&R REIT, Oxford Properties Group, and earlier roles in building operations and power engineering, complemented by a degree in power engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
