Aruna Subramanian

Aruna Subramanian is the Head of Legal at Capillary Technologies since May 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles as Inhouse Legal Counsel at Raymond Limited from March 2016 to April 2021 and Legal Manager at Kotak Life from October 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities included retail documentation and litigation management. Prior to these positions, Aruna served as a Management Trainee - Company Secretary at Great Offshore Limited from July 2010 to November 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from VES College of Law, an ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
