Tanika Taylor

Tanika Taylor has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Tanika started their career at West Asset Management in 2004 as a Collection Specialist, where they were responsible for meeting monthly fee goals and assisting others in achieving their goals. In 2005, they were promoted to Assistant Manager.

In 2008, Tanika joined Capio Partners as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw contract and purchase business, assisted with hiring and recruiting, and trained and supervised the management team. Tanika then advanced to Assistant Director of Operations, continuing their responsibilities in revenue goals and mentoring the organization's leadership. Finally, Tanika served as the Director of Operations, focusing on revenue goals, work standards, staffing and retention control, development of the management team, and identifying and implementing efficiency restructuring.

Tanika Taylor attended Grayson County College from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Business Communications. Prior to that, they attended Morristown West High from 1999 to 2003, focusing on Business Management.
