Beth Ewing

Beth Ewing currently serves as the Director II of Expanded Learning at CUSD since July 2018, with previous roles including Principal at both CUSD and Saddleback Valley Unified School District. Ewing has also worked as a Tier 1 Instructor for the PASC Admin Credential at ACSA and has provided extensive professional development and coaching for educators. Ewing's early career included a role as a Two-Way Dual Language Spanish Immersion Teacher at CUSD and teaching K-3 grades at Los Angeles Unified School District. Ewing holds an MS in Education from the University of Southern California, a BS in Child Development from California State University, Fullerton, and administrative credentials from Brandman University and OCDE.
