Hilary Rikard

Hilary Rikard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hilary worked as a Director of Operations at Capita since June 2017. Prior to that, they were an Operations + Program Manager at Openfields: Cultures that Create from August 2015 to December 2022. Hilary also held positions at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church, where they worked as an Assistant Director of Children's Ministry from 2012 to 2015, and as a Nursery Coordinator from 2004 to 2012. Hilary began their career at Greenville Literacy Association as an Americorps Vista from 2000 to 2001, and later as a Program Manager from 2001 to 2004.

Hilary Rikard completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish & Latin American Studies at Furman University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
