Alexander Grambow

Alexander Grambow possesses extensive experience in the field of Unified Communications and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Since March 2017, Alexander has served as Leiter Unified Communications at Capita Europe, focusing on omnichannel platforms and customer experience through business analytics, solution design, development, and implementation. Prior to this role, Alexander worked at mobilcom-debitel GmbH from October 2006 to February 2017 in various managerial positions, including Manager Transformation BPO, Key-Account-Manager Outsourcing Management, and Project Leader for Customer Management. Alexander holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsinformatiker degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Berufsakademie Thüringen, obtained in September 2006.
