Carly Southern

Carly Southern is an experienced Learning Content Designer at Capita Digital Learning, specializing in innovative learning design since October 2017. Previously, Carly served as a Learning and Development Trainer at both Capita and UK Flooring Direct, where focus was placed on understanding learner needs and linking training outcomes to business objectives. Earlier roles included Team Leader positions in sales and telemarketing, as well as a Business Development Assistant at PCMS Group, where relationship-building with clients was key. Carly holds a Diploma in Learning and Development from Acacia and a degree from the University of Central Lancashire, complementing a diverse background in training and development.
