Before transitioning into creative, design, and marketing, Connie excelled in luxury retail management with prestigious brands such as Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. In these roles, Connie led sales teams, provided client advisory, and managed operations.
Currently, at Alaska Airlines, Connie supports over 20,000 employees and leads creative, design, and employee marketeting for Learning & Development, overseeing the leaders' portal, employee portals, career websites, videos, job aids, PDFs, banners, and marketing for development programs.
Connie's experience spans various industries, including tech, manufacturing, aerospace, health & wellness, logistics, retail, and non-profits. In Connie's most recent role as a UX Designer & Marketing Manager at Xemelgo, an IoT SaaS company that produces solutions for manufacturers, Connie led B2B product design for both mobile and web apps. Additionally, Connie spearheaded marketing initiatives, including a complete e-commerce landing page revamp, redesign of all marketing collateral, an app store preview images campaign, and the design of dashboards for Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning for manufacturing clients. These efforts contributed to securing a $3 million deal with one of their largest customers. Connie has also worked as a UX designer for major U.S. non-profits.
