Claire Denton

Claire Denton is the Chief General Counsel & Company Secretary at Capita since February 2022. Prior to this role, Claire served as EVP, General Counsel & Company Secretary at AVEVA from June 2015 to February 2022. With extensive experience in the legal field, Claire also held the position of Senior Counsel, Europe at Hughes Network Systems from January 2008 to June 2015, and Associate General Counsel at Interserve Plc from July 2005 to December 2007. Claire Denton obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with Honors in Law from the University of the West of England between 1992 and 1997.
