Holly Dewhurst

Holly Dewhurst is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at Capita since January 2016, with responsibility for internal recruitment delivery in the Digital & Software Solutions division and managing a team of five technical specialist recruiters. Prior to this, Holly held positions as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at Dialog Semiconductor, Cielo Talent, GE Oil & Gas, Telefónica O2 UK, and Somerfield, covering various sectors and demonstrating expertise in candidate and stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process. Holly began a career in recruitment as a Telephone Interviewer at Somerfield and holds a BA Hons degree in English from Bath Spa University, completed in 2009.
