Jonathan Rea

Jonathan Rea is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network design and management. Currently serving as the Head of Network Design at Capita since June 2016, Jonathan leads a team focused on creating secure and robust networks. Prior roles include Head of Networks at Capita Technology Solutions, and Service Delivery Manager for Network & Security Services, where Jonathan managed a team of specialists in network security. Previous experience includes senior IT management positions at Chain Reaction Cycles, Fujitsu, Ben Sherman, and educational institutions, demonstrating a consistent focus on IT service delivery, security compliance, and team leadership. Jonathan holds a BSC (Hons) in Computer and Information Systems from De Montfort University and an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management from Belfast Metropolitan College.
