Julia Ruane

Julia Ruane CMgr MCMI is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement across various sectors. Currently, as the Head of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement for Capita Public Service, Julia develops strategies for over 12,000 employees. Previous roles include leading internal communications for Capita's Health, Education & Welfare Client Group and the Primary Care Support England contract. Julia has also held senior roles at Crisp, EY, UKCES, and Inview Technology Ltd., where achievements included raising nearly £20K for charity and establishing a successful marketing strategy. Julia holds a BSc(Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and has co-founded ChiCho Marketing, a communications strategy agency.
