Sasanka Panda

Sasanka Panda currently serves as the Head of Data and Technology for International and Multi-Industry at Capita since 2020 and has been a Member of the Board of Advisors for Intelligent Automation + AI, Data & Analytics Networks since 2017. Prior professional experience includes the role of BU Head for RPA, BPaaS Platforms, BPS, and Analytics at NIIT Technologies Limited from 2017 to 2019, and co-founding iServe Financial Private Limited, where Sasanka held the position of CTO from 2015 to 2017. Previous roles include leadership positions at WNS, where Sasanka was both BU Head of WNS Technology Solutions and Head of the Enterprise Applications Group from 2007 to 2015, and functional consulting at BearingPoint and EY from 1999 to 2007. Sasanka's educational background includes the Harvard Management Series focused on self-leadership and management insights, along with a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
