Xavi Palet

Xavi Palet serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Werfen, a position they took on in 2023 after previously holding the title of Sr Director in the same department. They have also contributed as a Board Observer at Capitainer and a Board Director at Omixon since 2025 and 2024, respectively. Xavi's career includes significant roles at KPMG as an Assurance Associate and at Deloitte as a Senior Manager in M&A Financial Advisory from 2014 to 2020. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a second Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Essex.
