Micah Bias

Micah Bias is a highly skilled System Administrator at Capital Area Intermediate Unit, with a focus on level 2 support and internal cyber security development projects since March 2023. Concurrently, Micah serves as an Adjunct Professor at HACC, teaching a 4-credit technology course aimed at preparing students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam and contributing as a CIS Advisory Board Member. Experienced as an Infrastructure Specialist at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. and Network Technician II at Pinnacle Health, Micah dedicated time to cyber security responsibilities involving policy creation, security analysis, and application vulnerability remediation. Previous roles include Capoeira Instructor at Lancaster Capoeira, where classes and demonstrations are organized, and a variety of positions ranging from residential care at Community Services Group to self-employed acting and talent management. Micah holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from Utica University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Security from HACC.
