Anna Evans is a seasoned property manager with extensive experience in real estate and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Capital Associates since November 2021, Anna previously held property management positions at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included oversight as an Assistant Property Manager and Property Administrator. Prior experience includes administrative support roles at Wurtzel Offices, Public Financial Management, Sands Capital Management, and Bernstein Global Wealth Management, contributing to efficiency in office operations and client relations. Early career experience as a Child Care Technician at Children's National Medical Center and as an Assistant to the Controller at WNDU-TV strengthened Anna's skills in documentation and client interaction. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Grace College & Seminary and has pursued additional education at Prince George's Community College and Liberty University.
