Stephen Porterfield

Stephen Porterfield has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Stephen started their career at Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company, where they worked as a Vice President from November 1993 to March 2000. In April 2000, they joined Capital Associates, a full-service commercial real estate firm, as a Partner. Stephen later became the President of the company in January 2013. Stephen has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of commercial properties, and has managed approximately 3 million square feet of office properties.
