Obianuju Momah

Obianuju Momah is the current Head of Human Resources & Administration at Capital Bancorp. Prior to this, they were with Petrodata Management Services Limited from December 2015 to January 2021, where they served as the Head of Human Resources & Administration. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy, developing and administering new and innovative remuneration and bonus structures, and coordinating the recruitment process. Obianuju also provided financial offers for candidates and employment contracts, and handled employee motivational activities to ensure low attrition.

Momah has a wealth of experience in human resources and administration, and has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies that align with the overall business objectives of their employers. Obianuju is a highly effective communicator and negotiator, with excellent interpersonal skills. Momah is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop creative solutions to problems.

Obianuju Momah has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Lagos Business School, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Lead City University, and a Certification from The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in Certificate in Banking.

Obianuju Momah reports to Aigboje Higo, Managing Director. They are on a team with R. Odeyemi - Head of Accounts & Finance, O. Olawale - Head of Compliance and Risk, and Opeyemi Ayoola - Head of Stockbroking Operations.
