Jacques Salame

Banking Professional with more than 20 years of banking experience, Jacques Salame is the Head of PMO (Project Management Office).

Jacques is responsible for project management frameworks, quality and delivery procedures, and resource skills and needs management, estimating projects implementation costs, cross planning and staffing optimization, monitoring of the consulting utilization and billing ratios, monitoring of the projects progress and profitability.

He was managing departments focusing on credit management, stock market, securities, bonds and derivatives, forex and treasury management for Banque Saradar France SA and Bank Audi.

Jacques holds a DESS in Finances Internationales from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon. (USJ).
