Bridget Peck

Bridget Peck, MBA RN, currently serves as the Program Director for Physician Services Quality at Independence Physician Management since July 2021. With extensive experience at Capital BlueCross since July 2014 as a Senior Medical Value Consultant, Bridget specializes in facilitating care delivery transformation and leading medical value programs. Prior to this role, Bridget worked at UHS from October 2017 to July 2021 as a Clinical Quality Improvement Manager, where initiatives were developed for clinical quality improvement across multiple facilities, utilizing data analytics. Bridget's nursing career began at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included managing patient care in an Intensive Care Unit. Educationally, Bridget is pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Villanova University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College.
