Doug Hamill

Doug Hamill is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Corporate Tax Director at Capital Blue Cross since December 1999, where responsibilities include tax compliance, reporting, planning, and research, along with managing a three-person staff. Previously held positions at Capital Blue Cross include Tax Manager and Senior Tax Accountant. In addition to corporate experience, Doug serves as President at the Tax Executives Institute (TEI) - Harrisburg Chapter since July 2020. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at Sager, Swisher & Company LLP, focusing on audits for various entities.
