Jonathan Koch

Jonathan Koch has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jonathan started their career at MAXIMUS, where they worked in various roles including Appeals Specialist, Administrative Law Judge Hearings Clerk, and Mail Clerk. Jonathan then joined Executive Health Resources as an Appeals Management Coordinator before being promoted to Appeals Management Supervisor. Jonathan later worked at AmeriHealth Caritas as an Appeals & Grievances Specialist. Jonathan then served as a Director of Operations at Vibra Health Plan, with additional roles as a Manager of Appeals & Grievances and Appeals & Grievances Coordinator. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Medicare Operations at Capital BlueCross.
