Norm Costin

Norm Costin has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in healthcare analytics and information management. Norm served as the Vice President of Healthcare Analytics at Capital BlueCross since November 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Information Management at Blue Cross of Mass starting in 1998. Norm also worked as a Tech Lead at Newport Management from February 2018 to November 2019, where they led a team of Python programmers in developing health insurance applications and was responsible for data integration. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Data Warehouse Director at Healthsource from 1993 to 1998.

Norm Costin earned a B.S. degree in Psychology from Tufts University in 1981. Norm later pursued an MBA in Operational Management at Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
