Patricia Higgins

Patricia Higgins provides executive sponsorship of several strategic initiatives across provider relations, clinical programming, and pharmacy functions that drive Capital’s commitment to control healthcare costs and improve member health. Since joining Capital in 2002, Patricia’s industry knowledge, executive healthcare experience, and background as a registered nurse have given her key insights into developing integrated business solutions that support optimal healthcare delivery and health plan performance. Prior to her current role, Patricia held other leadership positions focused on strategy and planning, business support, and operations, having most recently served as Capital’s Senior Vice President, Risk Management, and Chief Compliance Officer. Patricia serves on the board of Hospice of Central PA and the Board of Governors for Valley Youth House.
