Previously, as COO of Ideal - Building Recovery Solutions and Vice President at PJ's Rebar, Inc. and Service West, Wes has honed skills in sales, marketing, and team leadership. A graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Wes also founded Tru North Profit Coach, emphasizing financial success for businesses.

Capital Building Maintenance is a locally-owned and operated firm that has been serving many of the largest, most prestigious, and most complex buildings in the SF Bay Area for over 25 years. We perform a variety of window washing, construction clean-up, and specialty services at extremely competitive prices. Our window washing unit has grown to become one of the largest independent union contractors in San Francisco. We perform our services for buildings of any size using scaffolds, lifts, poles, and chairs. We are also one of the few firms in the city to maintain $10 million of liability coverage to meet the needs of certain marquee properties. In addition to window washing, we also have years of experience providing property managers with a variety of specialty services such as cleaning building facades, steam cleaning, power washing, installing pigeon abatement systems, removing graffiti, cleaning carpets and stripping/waxing floors. For commercial builders, CBM provides a full array of construction clean-up services in a timely and cost effective manner. We have extensive experience working in new construction as well as tenant improvement environments in a variety of settings including office buildings and complexes, multi-unit residential, hospitals, educational facilities, hotels and high-security government buildings.
