Denise Fortin

Denise Fortin is an experienced registered nurse and certified case manager with a comprehensive background in healthcare. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Capital Caring since June 2016, Denise also works as a Certified Case Manager/Client Care Coordinator at Comfort Keepers since October 2012, focusing on assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans. Denise operates a consulting firm, Fortin Lassiter Legal Nurse Consultants, LLC, since 2011, collaborating with attorneys on case development and litigation.
