Amna Al Nuaimi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Amna began their career at the Higher Colleges of Technology, where they held various roles in the Business Faculty Department. During their time there, they achieved notable accomplishments such as establishing literature and discovery clubs and winning the IT Challenge Awards in 2004. Amna then moved to Etihad in 2014, where they worked as the Manager of Engagement & Communications. In this role, they implemented employee engagement and communication strategies to create a supportive and cohesive environment. Currently, Amna is the Head of Learning and Development at Capital Catering + Services, where they are responsible for driving the learning and development strategy and initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and professional growth.
