Randy Lashua

Randy Lashua joined the Capital City Bank in 2006 to serve as IT Manager overseeing IT operations and the correspondent bank processing function. In late 2015, he transitioned to his current role as Omni-Channel Delivery manager, where his primary focus is ensuring Capital City Bank provides a seamless delivery experience via our banking offices and technology channels.

Randy holds a finance degree from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. He spent most of his career prior to connecting with Capital City Bank in customer facing roles with two Fortune 500 companies. Randy also serves as an elder on the executive team at Wildwood Church.
