Kevin Hopkins

SVP at Capital Clarity

Prior to joining Capital Clarity, Kevin was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Division of Opus Bank where he provided a broad range of M&A advisory, capital raising advisory and general financial advisory services to growth companies in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, Kevin was a Vice President at Dragon Global Management, a technology and digital media focused private equity firm where he managed all processes for potential and active investments, including evaluating new deals, leading business and industry due diligence, negotiating financing and transaction agreements and partnering with management teams to enhance operations, drive organic growth and make strategic acquisitions.

Previously, Kevin was an institutional investor with Stanford Management Company where he helped invest and manage Stanford University’s $29 billion endowment with a focus on investments in leading venture capital and private equity limited partnerships and direct technology investments. Kevin was also previously an Investor Relations Officer with Electronic Arts (EA), one of the world’s largest entertainment software companies.

Kevin began his career in the technology investment banking group of Citigroup Global Markets where he provided advisory and transaction execution services for mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures and capital markets transactions for clients in the software, Internet and semiconductor sectors of the technology industry. Kevin earned his MBA from the University of California Los Angeles and his BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
