Paula Carrasco

Paula Carrasco is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Capital.com since February 2023. Previously, Paula held the position of People Experience Business Partner and HR Consulting Manager at Pitcher Partners from April to August 2022. From 2010 to 2021, Paula was an HR Business Partner for APAC & Africa at IG Group, where responsibilities included leading a team of HR professionals and collaborating with executive teams to align HR strategies with commercial goals. Other notable roles at IG Group included HR Business Partner APAC, HR Manager for various divisions, and Human Resources Manager for Australia and Singapore. Paula holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, a Diploma of International Business from Swinburne University of Technology, and has participated in an exchange program at RMIT University. Currently, Paula is also associated with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
