Bill Fultz has an extensive work history in various security and law enforcement roles. Bill began their career in 1973 as the Director of Training and Safety Education at the Broken Arrow Police Department, where they remained until 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they served as the Regional Law Enforcement Academy Manager at the Alamo Area Council of Governments. Bill then worked as an Account Manager at Pinkerton Government Services from 2001 to 2002, and at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from 2002 to 2003. Since 2003, they have been serving as the Chief Security Officer at CCMC. Additionally, from 1993 to 1996, Bill Fultz was a Board Director for the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System.

Bill has also completed Law Enforcement Instructor and Law Enforcement Instructor - Advanced programs, but it is unclear where and when these were obtained.
