Bill Fultz

Bill Fultz has an extensive work history in various security and law enforcement roles. Bill began their career in 1973 as the Director of Training and Safety Education at the Broken Arrow Police Department, where they remained until 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they served as the Regional Law Enforcement Academy Manager at the Alamo Area Council of Governments. Bill then worked as an Account Manager at Pinkerton Government Services from 2001 to 2002, and at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. from 2002 to 2003. Since 2003, they have been serving as the Chief Security Officer at CCMC. Additionally, from 1993 to 1996, Bill Fultz was a Board Director for the Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System.

Bill Fultz has a diverse education history. In 1973, they started attending Tulsa Community College and earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1976. During the same period, they also pursued a non-degree program in Criminal Justice Occupational Education.

In 2000, Bill enrolled in Wayland Baptist University and pursued a major in Occupational Education, which they completed in 2001. It is unclear whether they obtained a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Bill Fultz has obtained several certifications over the years. These certifications include ALICE Instructor from the ALICE Training Institute in 2019, ATV Instructor from the ATV Safety Institute Organization in 2014, Instructor for the G8 Pro V2 Non Lethal Force System from Guardian 8 Corporation in 2014, Firewise Communities Assessor from the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management in 2012, Emergency Medical Response (EMR) from the American Safety and Health Institute in 2008, Private Investigator from the Arizona Department of Public Safety in 2004, ASIS Member from ASIS International in 2020, and Certified Security Officer Level 3 from PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management (year unknown). Bill has also completed Law Enforcement Instructor and Law Enforcement Instructor - Advanced programs, but it is unclear where and when these were obtained.
