Sara Huff

Sara Huff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sara is currently the Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC, where they focus on connecting people through community experiences. Prior to this, Sara served as the Vice President at CCMC from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining CCMC, Sara worked at Preferred Association Management Company (PAMco) as the General Manager, where they supervised and trained Portfolio Managers, reviewed and tracked P&L for client communities, and had expanded responsibilities in HR, IT, and client transitions. Sara also held the position of Director of Community Development at PAMco, managing a portfolio of client communities and coordinating financial reporting.

Sara's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Community Association Manager at RealManage, where they managed a portfolio of client communities, oversaw budgeting and reporting, and led various committees. Sara also served as an Association Manager at Certified Management of Austin, where they oversaw a portfolio of communities, liaised with stakeholders, and assisted with large contracts.

Prior to their career in community management, Sara worked at the Houston Symphony as the VIP and Customer Service Center Manager. Sara started as a Customer Service Representative and quickly moved up to a management-level role, where they played a key role in retaining patrons during a difficult orchestra strike.

Sara Huff studied English, History, and Sociology at Texas Tech University, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Studies degree. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of community association management. In 2007, Sara obtained the Association Management Specialist (AMS) certification from the Community Associations Institute and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from www.nbccam.org. In 2014, Sara achieved the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) certification from the Community Associations Institute.
