Jon Griffin

Jon Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jon currently serves as the President and CEO of Capital Credit Union since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Lending Officer from January 2021 to May 2023, and the position of Chief Operating and Risk Officer from April 2019 to January 2021 at the same organization. Jon previously worked as the Vice President of Risk Management at Capital Credit Union for nearly 8 years, from January 2011 to April 2019, where they oversaw various departments and managed risk-related functions. Before joining Capital Credit Union, Jon worked as a Senior Associate at Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C. from January 2006 to December 2010. Jon also completed an internship in accounting at the same firm from January 2005 to April 2005.

Jon Griffin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of North Dakota from 2000 to 2005. Jon also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services during the same period at the same university. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of Mary.
