Laurie Butz

Laurie Butz has a strong work experience in the financial and human resources sectors. Laurie is currently the President & CEO of Capital Credit Union, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Community First Credit Union from 2010 to 2021, including SVP Organizational Development, Investments and Insurance Services and CF Fox Cities Marathon, as well as SVP Human Resources. Before that, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Alta Resources, Inc from 2005 to 2010. Laurie also worked at PacifiCare / American Medical Security (now United Health) as the Director of Organizational Development and Training from 2000 to 2005. Laurie began their career at Associated Banc-Corp as the VP of Organizational Development from 1992 to 2000.

Laurie Butz has a diverse education history. Laurie obtained their BA in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management, from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Laurie then pursued an MBA in Organizational Behavior from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
