Abdul Qadir Jilani currently serves as an Assistant Director and Town Planner at the Capital Development Authority (CDA) since May 2020, a public benefit corporation established to provide municipal services in Islamabad. Prior to this role, Abdul Qadir worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore from January 2019 to June 2020, where contributions focused on interdisciplinary applied research projects. Previous experience includes an internship as a Planner at Mott MacDonald - MM Pakistan JV in mid-2018, and internships at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and Zameen.com in 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, both from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, along with foundational education from Garrison Boys High School.
