Rachel Ress

Rachel Ress, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Director of Community Navigator at Cancer Support Community, providing essential support to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers while fostering relationships with oncology health care providers in the National Capital region. Previous experience includes working as a Social Worker at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, where Rachel addressed the psychosocial needs of oncology patients, and a Clinical Social Work Intern at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, focusing on patient care in the In-Patient Rehabilitation Unit. Additional roles include Research Assistant positions at PolicyLab and the University of Michigan, as well as clinical research coordination at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Rachel Ress holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and International Studies from the University of Michigan.
