Capital District YMCA
Timothy Outhouse is a Human Resources Generalist at Capital District YMCA, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Timothy managed Outhouse Orchards Inc from 2015 to 2023, where responsibilities included developing a training guide for employees on apple varieties, coordinating scheduling for a staff of over 20, and enhancing customer service skills. Additional experience includes serving as a Tour Guide at Siena College from 2020 to 2023, providing campus tours to prospective students, and interning as a School Psychologist at Pequenakonck Elementary School in 2019, assisting with student support and facilitating anxiety management lessons. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Human Resource Development from Siena College, earned in 2023.
